The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of town, making it perfect for exploring the quaint city of Bergen. The rooms could use some serious updating as they seem to have been stuck in the seventies with worn-out and dirty decor. The service was a bit indifferent with limited information about their fidelity program. The dining experience was mediocre, and the buffet wasn't replenished fast enough. On the positive side, the location is great, with breakfast included, and the hotel is close to parking facilities.
